Information for presenters
- Please be in your presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts and upload your presentation from a USB drive to the room computer.
- Debate will take place at the end of each session, so presenters are asked to stay until the session concludes.
- Each presentation is 15 minutes + 5 minutes of discussion at the end of the session.
- Presentations should be made using PowerPoint.
- For online presentations, please use the link below and follow the instructions to select the appropriate room for your session. There are four hybrid rooms available, although most parallel sessions will use three.
Online presenters are requested to join 10–15 minutes before the start of their session and remain connected until the end, as the discussion will take place after all presentations. Participants who are not presenting may switch between sessions.
