Normal Registration: 1-15 Sptember

  • In-person participation with 1 presentation = 295 Euros*.
  • Online participation with 1 presentation = 195 Euros.
  • 1 extra presentation = 95 Euros (max. 3 presentations per participant).
  • Accompanying person without presentation = 220 Euros*. 
  • 1 excursion to Seville (Spain) = 60 Euros.
  • * This option includes 2 lunches, 1 tapas dinner on the first day, 1 conference dinner, and 5 coffee breaks (not transferable).

Late Registration: 16-30 September

  •  In-person participation with 1 presentation = 300 Euros.
  • Online participation with 1 presentation = 200 Euros.
  • 1 extra presentation = 100 Euros. 
  • Important note:

    Late registration fees shall not be charged in cases where acceptance of the submission was communicated fewer than thirty (30) days before September 15; in such instances, the normal registration fees will apply.

    Please note that no registration extensions will be granted after September 30.

How to register:

Step 1: Make sure you know the number and title of your presentation(s). If you don´t remember, you can check these submission details in your account on the SUBMISSION PLATFORM.

Step 2: Make the payment by bank transfer to the account of the University of Algarve. The details are:

After making the transfer, please keep a proof of payment (you will need to upload it in the next step). Please note that we will not be able to refund registration fees.
